Digital public service

A man at the hospital reservation desk blurts out that we should use the online service to book the healthcare performance (instead of going there). I didn’t even know there was this possibility. For ages I’ve been hoping to book online everything, to avoid situations like that, so to speak. But, surprise, the so called online service is not really working: no time and place to list all the huge faults, but for a digital public service in 2023 it is something outrageous if it wasn’t a common thing nowadays, which is even worst; and so, surprise again, we have to go back to the hospital reservation desk (hoping to meet a different kind of person, this time).
